By accessing and using the astralcore website (astralcore.world) and engaging our property management services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. astralcore GmbH (Registration Number: FN604382y) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

User Obligations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, astralcore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to astralcore in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Professional Standards and Insurance

astralcore maintains professional indemnity insurance and operates in accordance with Austrian property management regulations. However, our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty that our services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Force Majeure

astralcore shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other acts beyond our reasonable control. In such events, we will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume normal service as soon as practicable.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your use of our website at any time. astralcore may terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately. Termination of property management services is governed by the specific terms of individual service agreements. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any disputes or concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, we are committed to participating in good faith mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Any legal action must be commenced within one year after the cause of action arose, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

astralcore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Entire Agreement
